Refund policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We require up to three business days to process and ship your order. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that customers are responsible for any additional fees, including customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply in your country. These fees are not covered by us and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.


RETURNS POLICY

If you would like to return an item, please contact us via email at contact@BYBELINA.de within 14 days after receiving your parcel. We will provide you with all the necessary information and instructions for returning your item. Please note that because we're a small business we sadly can't cover the shipping costsy yet:

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method without shipping costs

IMPORTANT NOTES ON RETURNS

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us may only qualify for partial refunds.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@BYBELINA.de and send your item to:
