I’m currently looking for a creative cutie to join the team and support me with video editing & content creation <3

As BY BELINA is still a small business brand in an early stage, I’m not looking for someone with years of experience, but rather someone with a strong feeling for aesthetics, storytelling and a genuine excitement to be part of something growing.

This role is less about “professional editing” and more about developing a feeling for the brand, working intuitively with existing footage and turning everyday moments into aesthetic, cohesive video stories.

What this role involves (roughly):

– going through existing video footage (studio days, crochet process, behind the scenes, personal brand moments)
– selecting and organising clips
– creating simple, aesthetic short-form videos (reels / tiktoks)
– developing small video ideas based on existing content
– occasionally thinking along with trends while staying true to the brand vibe

You’re a great fit if you:

– have a strong sense for aesthetics, timing & visual storytelling
– enjoy working with existing footage and building little video stories
– have a good intuition / “Bauchgefühl” for what works visually
– understand Instagram / short-form video culture
– are organised, reliable and able to work independently
– bring creative energy and feel connected to the brand

Requirements:

– basic editing skills (e.g. CapCut is fully enough)
– fluent in English
– German is a plus but not required
– Berlin-based is a big plus (for file exchange or occasional content days)

– understanding for crocheting is a plus hehe 

Details:

– approx. 5–8 hours per week
– freelance / invoice-based
– starting at ~15€/hour (with potential to grow over time)
– flexible working hours
– minimum 1–2 videos per week

What this role involves (roughly):

- supporting the brand’s Instagram & visual presence
- creating content from existing photos/videos
- helping shape and maintain the brand’s aesthetic
- occasional support in the background depending on the phase like packing orders/ helping with customer support and content creation

You’re a great fit if you:

- have a strong sense for aesthetics, details & visual storytelling
- enjoy working with content and making it feel special
- love Instagram and understand its vibe
- are reliable, independent and easy to communicate with
- bring positive energy, ideas and genuine interest in the brand
- don’t need constant guidance and can think along

Requirements:

- fluent in English (writing & communication)
- German not mandatory but a plus
- Berlin-based is a big plus (for occasional studio days / co-working)

- crocheting is a big plus too ofc hehe

Details:

- starting with approx. 3–4 hours per week
- possibility to increase hours depending on needs (e.g. drop phases, studio support, content days)
- freelance / invoice-based
- starting at ~15€/hour (with potential to grow as responsibilities increase and brand hopefully grows)
- flexible working hours (remote possible)
